Will masks be required inside of the venue?

Yes, we are committed to your health and safety.  Masks will be required inside of the benefit venue for both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests. Masks will also be required for all Horizons and Omni Grove staff and volunteers working the event. Omni Grove Park Inn requires that guests who may enter into the main hotel wear their masks. 

Will the event take place in an enclosed venue?

No, we will be hosting our event in one of Omni Grove Park Inn's breathtaking venues- The Seely Pavilion. Chosen with your safety in mind, the Pavilion will be both airy and spacious allowing for guests to feel more secure in these trying times. Enjoy the Pavilion's covered and uncovered spaces, social distancing-friendly tabling, and guest-only access to bathrooms coupled with the ability to bypass the hotel's lobby. 

Will we have physical tickets to the event?

No, the event is based on a check-in process. We will have two check-in tables to verify your admission. Please make sure that you check-in at our check-in tables the day of the event. 

What other safety measures will be taken place?

Though we encourage that guests bring their own reusable masks, we will provide additional single-use masks. Likewise to encourage social distancing, we are limiting the amount of people to a table with up to eight guests seated six-feet apart as per social distancing guidelines. Utmost attention to health and safety will be taken in food handling and our bar will be located outside to combat crowding. As well, our guest performers will be located outside. 

Is my credit card information secure when I register my credit card on the greater giving website? 

Yes, Greater Giving is a PCI Level 1 vendor—the highest, most secure level of PCI compliance—so you know your data and transactions are safe.

I am a sponsor and I have not allocated my attendee(s). How do I do that?

Sponsors will be sent an RSVP link via email. If you are a sponsor and have not received your link, please contact Monica Antonazzo at 828-210-9160.
