Event Location & Parking
Amherst at Deerpark, Biltmore Estate, 1 Lodge Street, Asheville, NC 28803.
Parking is located at the event. VIP parking will be offered on a first to come basis.
** Ubers may enter the estate to pick up/drop off guests at events happening on the estate property!
Entry time
Starlight VIP Pre-party 6:30 p.m./General Admission 7:30 p.m.
Attire
Black Tie encouraged.
Tickets
Purchase your tickets online at www.carolinaday.org/auction. Buy your tickets now and ensure your spot at this dazzling event! Ticket sales close on April 6th.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX for all ticket and auction purchases and/or donations.
Event Check-In & Registration
Event check-in and registration is necessary for all ticket holders at all auction events. Upon check-in you will receive your bidding paddle for the Live Auction portion of the evening.
We strongly recommend that you register your credit card in advance. This will allow you to expedite the processing of your auction purchases at the end of the event.
Online & Mobile Bidding
All mobile bidding auction items will be done using your smartphone, so come to the event fully charged! We encourage you to pre-register your mobile number which will allow you access to online bidding the say before the event and will also decrease your check-in time.
Should you need assistance during the Gala, volunteers will be available to answer your questions and facilitate you with mobile bidding.
When can I start bidding?
If you pre-register your mobile device, you will receive a text message the day before the Midnight Garden Gala asking for confirmation of your name and bidder number. Click the link in the automated text message to log in and start bidding!
Do I have to be present to bid?
If you are unable to attend the Midnight Garden Gala but still want to join in on the bidding, you will be able to register and do so remotely. You must be present at the Gala to bid on Live Auction Items.
How do I get my purchases home?
After payment and check-out, your winning purchases can be picked up at the designated area at the event.
