Where is the event located and where can I park?
Masqued 2022 will be held at the Asheville Art Museum in downtown Asheville, located at 2 S Pack Square, Asheville, NC 28801. Guests are encouraged to ride share to the Asheville Art Museum, as parking at the surrounding parking decks is limited and not included in the price of each ticket.
VIP guests will have the option to park at Carolina Day School and be shuttled to and from the Asheville Art Museum.
What time can I access the Asheville Art Museum?
VIP guests will be welcomed into the VIP Lounge on the fourth floor of the Asheville Art Museum at 6pm, where they will have access to the rooftop terrace and fourth floor amenities, including specialized heavy hors d'oeuvres and a full open bar.
General Admission guests will be welcomed into the first, second, and third floors of the Museum at 7:30pm, being welcomed with heavy hors d'oeuvres and multiple beer and wine bars throughout the venue.
What attire is expected?
We look forward to sharing the evening together in your preferred 'black-tie optional' attire.
Where can I purchased tickets?
All tickets to the 2022 Gala can be purchased on this site. Tickets are limited, so be sure to ensure your spot at this year’s premier fundraising event and purchase tickets early.
Will there be event check-in and registration?
Event check-in and registration is necessary for all ticket holders at all auction events. Upon check-in you will receive your bidding paddle for the Live Auction portion of the evening.
In order to expedite the completion of your auction purchases at the end of the night, we strongly recommend you register your credit card in advance. This can be done online or at check-in the night of the event.
Will online/mobile bidding be available?
All mobile bidding auction items will be done using your smartphone, so come to the event fully charged! We encourage you to pre-register your mobile number, which will allow you access to online bidding the day before the event and will also decrease your check-in time.
Should you need assistance during the Gala, volunteers will be available to answer your questions and assist you with mobile bidding.
When can I start bidding?
If you pre-register your mobile device, you will receive a text message the day before the Masqued Gala asking for confirmation of your name and bidder number. Click the link in the automated text message to log in and start bidding!
Do I have to be present to bid?
If you are unable to attend the Masqued Gala but still want to join in on the bidding, you will be able to register and do so remotely. You must be present at the Gala to bid on Live Auction Items.
How do I get my purchases home?
After payment and check-out, your winning purchases can be picked up at the designated area at the event. In the event that you win an item online and you are not present, someone from CDS will reach out to connect you with your item. Not all items will be available to be shipped.
